Homemade Antipasto Bread
Italian LOVE bread, like, really really love bread! Growing up, especially when we were with my grandparents, there was always a loaf or three of Italian bread on the table no matter what the meal was. Soup & bread, pasta & bread, roast beef & bread. Really good bread is important to us and there is nothing quite like homemade bread. I went one step further stuffing mine and then came this stromboli, Homemade Antipasto Bread! To quote everyone that had a piece, “this is the best bread i’ve EVER had”. So yea, as an Italian family we know bread and that right there is a huge complement to me! Ill take it! …
Make Your Own Roasted Peppers

Make Your Own Roasted Peppers
2 red bell peppers
1-2 garlic cloves (this is a preference thing)
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
olive oil
Place the bell peppers onto a lined baking sheet. Place them in the oven under broil, close to the top. If you have an electric oven it will take a little longer side but gas will go pretty quickly. Check the peppers after a couple minutes, once well charred rotate the pepper and repeat for all sides.
Once the peppers are charred well on each side, remove and place into a place bowl. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and allow to sit until cooled. The steam that is created in the bowl helps the skin pull off of the peppers.
Once cooled completely go ahead and pull the skins off the peppers. Slice the peppers into thin strips.
Place into a bowl, the sliced peppers, chopped garlic and parsley and a drizzle of olive oil.
HAPPY EATS!!!
