Sometimes it is the simplicity of a dish that makes it so incredible and that is exactly the case for this one, Classic Poutine {Fries, Gravy & Cheese Curds}! A couple of weeks back I told you that I was desperate to get my hands on some cheese curds and how I knew the only way would be to order and have them sent from Wisconsin. That I did, I ordered 5 lbs of these squeaky bites of deliciousness! It all started with this dish right here, Poutine!
