I just cannot get enough of the sweet sweet summer fruit, especially when I can get it locally. Right now in New Jersey we are in the middle of blueberry season and that makes me very happy! Sometimes I can’t believe it, my husband and I have been together for nearly 18 years!!! That would be more then half our lives… yes high school sweet hearts. This one may look familiar to anyone who has been following along from the start. I posted this one last summer and sort of forgot about it, then it popped up as getting tons of hits on Foodista. Seeing as the local farms are currently picking peaches and nectarines I wanted to repost this wonderful summer dessert! You can use this same method for apple, peach, or mixed fruit crisps. Finish this Summer Nectarine Crisp off with a scoop of ice cream and enjoy!
