Fresh Fruit Salsa with Lime & Honey…. doesn’t that just get the mouth watering?! While the weather here in NJ has been cool and rainy for DAYS now but Mothers Day is this weekend and it should be filled with bright and wonderful things! I made this the other day and it is fabulous and so simple! This would make for a fantastic appetizer or addition to the dessert table. Mothers Day is days away and I have got a really wonderful recipe worthy of the best moms ever. Many people, including me, celebrate Mothers Day with a beautiful brunch. This year I’ll be hosting some of our family to celebrate all those important ladies in our lives. From mine and my husbands moms, to our grandmothers and our kids Godmother; we are so thankful to have them in our lives. HI!!! I feel like its been forever since I wrote a post! The big house move is finally done and most boxes are unpacked which is great!!! Last week & this I’ve tried to write this post and I was having some technically difficulties! After talking with lots of other blogging friends I finally figured out what was causing me to not be able to write! Unfortunately, the problem isn’t fixed but I figured out how to work around it… just won’t have that fun recipe card in the post for now….. hopefully the computer techies will figure that out asap!!!!
