I’ve got a really tasty and healthy recipe for you today- A Strawberry, Banana & Pineapple Smoothie!! I am on day 3 of my 24 Day Challenge and following a clean eating meal plan. Whether starting my morning or as something really refreshing in the afternoon this is one of my favorite smoothies! A little bonus is that my kids love it as well, and hey any healthy snack that they enjoy is a win in my book! This one is simply fresh strawberries, pineapple, banana, organic low fat vanilla yogurt and a splash of water. Smoothies are great… you can come up with endless flavor combinations and also a great way to use up slightly over ripe fruit you have on hand.
- 8 strawberries
- 6 pieces of diced pineapple
- 1/2 a large banana
- 1/2 cup organic low fat vanilla yogurt
- a splash of water
- Pop everything into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Enjoy!
