I was introduced to this brand of salad & stir fry kits {like the Shanghai Stir Fry} about a year ago and I have been hooked big time ever since. I was thrilled when they asked if I’d like to try out their new Plant Powered Protein :: Super Caesar Salad!
Let me tell ya, salads need not be boring and they also don’t need to be packed with junk to taste delicious! Eat Smart has a great variety of Salad Kit blends from BBQ Ranch to Sweet Kale to this awesome Super Caesar. This kit has everything you need to get an incredibly healthy meal in with just a quick toss. One of the things I love about these kits is how each ingredient is individually packaged so that everything remains super fresh! Opening up the package, you know just by all those beautiful colors that this is going to be good!
Unlike a traditional caesar salad, this one is packed with really hearty and healthy greens like collards, kale, chard, broccoli stalks and cabbage. Great crunch and lots of nutrients. Now whether you eat meat or not, no problem getting in your protein here! This kits comes with edamame, sunflower seeds and chia to give you just as much protein as a meal including meat!!! The kit also includes grated cheese and a classic caesar dressing bringing it all together. You’ve got great texture, flavors and colors with the convenience… this is the perfect grab and go meal! Oh and with all that protein and fiber, you bet you’ll be feeling full and satisfied! Since trying the Eat Smart Salad kits a year ago, these are always stocked in my fridge so I always have something healthy to eat on hand.
